So, like I really love to run. Like I really love to run.

However, I learned all too late in my running career just how essential good nutrition and overall health are to optimal running. After battling with being underweight, numerous injuries, anemia, and chronic sleep deprivation, I turned to intuitive eating and a whole foods lifestyle to help fuel my active lil’ runner self and BOOM…

Obsessed with living my life.

I believe that the number of nutrients matters more than the number on the scale, and that listening to your body and fueling it well will always trump fad diets, food scares, and magic pills when it comes to being healthy and happy.

At the end of the day, all I wanna do is inspire women to be their strongest, loveliest, healthiest, and most confident selves. Like yes, I’m majoring in nutrition because the science fascinates me, but my mission here is more than just learning about metabolism and vitamins and nutrients and blah, blah, blah…my mission is to change the way we look at food and start treating and producing┬áit to be what it really is…FOOD.

Simple. Wholesome. Real. Authentic. And undeniably nourishing for the soul and the body.

That’s how food should be and that’s how life should be.
